How to Enrol at Our School

Mike, our office administrator, will be happy to explain our school requirements and supply you with a Parent Information package for your child(ren).

Enrollments for 2024 are open.

Enrolments can be made at any time, however, we are currently operating a waiting list for 2024. 

As you enrol your child we require a copy of your child's Birth Certificate, so that we can verify the date of birth. This is a legal requirement. We are also required to collect information from your child's Immunisation Certificate. The certificate is on the back page of the Tamaki Ora Health Book, or we have copies available here at school.

At St Matthew's, we have a pre-entry programme for students about to start school. This involves visits to the new entrant's class prior to your child's start date. Our new entrant teacher uses these visits to help your child get acquainted with the various procedures such as library visits, lunchtimes etc and to also get to know their new classmates! 

We are a signatory to the Code of Practice for the Pastoral Care of International Students. Should you be interested in this enrolment form, please contact Andrew Eagle (Principal) for our International Student information package.
